LIMITED TWELVE MONTH OR SIX MONTH UNLIMITED MILEAGE WARRANTY INCLUDING COVERAGE FOR PARTS AND LABOR

The following non-transferable warranty is effective beginning from the date of installation or retail sale, whichever comes first. NO REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT WILL BE COVERED BY THIS WARRANTY WITHOUT PRIOR APPROVAL OF New York Block Exchange.

The sole and exclusive remedy under the terms of this warranty is exchange of the part, repair or refund of purchase price at New York Block Exchange's sole option.

FOR EXCHANGE OR REPAIR, New York Block Exchange will pay for removal and reinstallation or repair of the part found to be defective based on Chilton's Labor Guide flat rate at $50.00 per hour and not to exceed cost of product less freight.

New York Block Exchange reserves the right to specify the repair or replacement parts to be used. No repair or replacement parts will be covered by this warranty without prior approval of New York Block Exchange. New York Block Exchange reserves the right to provide repair parts. The cost will be deducted from the warranty limit. Authorized replacement parts not provided by New York Block Exchange are reimbursed at wholesale cost only.

FOR REFUND OF PURCHASE PRICE the goods shall be reassembled and returned to New York Block Exchange before credit or refund is issued. Approval must be given by New York Block Exchange prior to any returns for credit. Freight collect shipments without prior notification and approval will be refused. FOR EXCHANGE, the replacement parts will be shipped freight prepaid from New York Block Exchange and arrangements to collect the defective part of New York Block Exchange's expense. Please contact New York Block Exchange at (800) 982-1711 Monday through Friday 8:00 am until 6:00 p.m. Eastern.

THE WARRANTY IS VOID unless O.E.M. Emission Control Devices required by Federal and State laws are reinstalled on the long block assemblies. The buyer is solely responsible for the installation of emission control devices.

ALL LONG BLOCK ASSEMBLIES, TRANSMISSIONS, AND TRANSFER CASES are sold "As Is" with regard to external attachments not listed on the invoice. We do not warranty attachments such as water pumps, starters, air conditioning compressors, clutches, throwout bearings, slave cylinders, etc.

All warranties are void if the following procedures and requirements are not met.

1. Oil and filter must be changed after 600 miles of service.
2. Heat tab must not be melted or missing.
3. A new thermostat must be installed.
4. Radiator must be flow checked and repaired or replaced as needed.
5. Thermo sensors must be tested or replaced as needed.
6. Timing belts, front and rear crank case seals and cam seals must be replaced unless provided by New York Block Exchange.
7. All external seals on transmissions must be replaced.

DAMAGE DUE TO FAILURE OF WEAR ITEMS such as timing belts, hoses, filters, or seals not installed by New York Block Exchange are not covered by this warranty.

DAMAGES DUE TO IMPROPER INSTALLATION (installation not in accordance with O.E.M. specifications), accident, misuse, racing, overheating, improper maintenance, failure of related parts are not covered by this warranty, damages due to use or installation of related parts not in accordance with O.E.M. specifications (performance or suspension modifications, improper application for years or model) are not covered by this warranty.

Cost of diagnostic time, fluids, rental, lodging, damage to personal property, loss of revenue, tow charges, down time or inconveniences, are not covered by this warranty. Regular maintenance such as oil changes, tune-ups or any other type of routine maintenance are not covered by this warranty.

To the extent permitted by law, the buyer hereby waives all other remedies, warranties or liabilities, whether express or implied including warranties for merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, or whether or not caused by our negligence, consequential, general, and incidental damages are excluded, and we shall in no event be liable for any breach of warranty in an amount greater than the purchase price of the defective goods.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may have others, which vary from state to state.
